wuauclt.exe - windows update

telnet.exe - its a terminal program, it shouldn't be running unless u're using it..

ftp.exe also can access the internet, shouldn't be running by default..

explorer is core file it won't access the internet.

alg - application layer gateway

etc.

well what's your actual question? which firewall r u using?

if a program accesses internet your firewall should ask u whether u want it to access the net or not.

those processes are all windows stuff, so non of them are spyware or virus (unless they're at different folders that what its supposed to be..)
