Dear Space Lover This reply is from MDGx for Which I am Waiting

He uses the same ENJOY as i use to MSFN ENJOY!!!

He is a creator of 98SEtoME so it's the best idea we can have

so tighten the belt os seat and enjoy :D

By popular demand...

I finally took the time and created an automated script to perform all 98 SE -> ME "transplant" operations unattended.

It consists of 2 DOS batch files

* 98SEWIN.BAT = must be run from within Windows 98 SE = shortcut provided by installer.

* 98SEDOS.BAT = must NOT be run by itself, it is used excusively by 98SEWIN.BAT.

All files MUST be installed [there is NO choice to change drive or folder during install] into C:\LFN4DOS from the 98SE2ME.EXE self-installing executable [298 KB]:

http://www.mdgx.com/4

MUST read guidelines FIRST:

http://www.mdgx.com/98-5.htm#KRM9S

HTML Guide [KRM9S.HTM] also included in 98SE2ME.EXE.

This requires at least 55 MB of free space on C: for the WinME files and at least 600 MB of free space on C: for the Win98 SE backup which resides into C:\W98SEOLD .

EXTREME CAUTION:

Early beta stage: experimental = risky!

YOU DO ALL THIS AT YOUR OWN RISK!

Read ALL guidelines carefully BEFORE doing anything!

Please send me feedback online:

MSFN Enjoy!!! :thumbup

Dear all space ship lover

now we have a utility to convert microsoft's winxp service pack file to convert it from WindowsXP-KB835935-SP2-ENU.exe to WindowsXP-KB835935-SP2-ENU.cab and extract with win98se's extract command in command prompt /run from win98se so that MDGx can now use this utility to attach his 98mexp2 package for all updates from WINDOWS XP service pack 2 to win98se without any trouble.

AND even from any microsoft exe package which is sfxcab file. Wao !!!

the utility is in " execab32.zip "

download the utility from

ftp://ftp.externet.hu/pub/mirror/sac/pack/execab32.zip

MSS ENJOY !!!
