Help urgently needed

Hi,

After 12 CD's wasted with me trying to make a slipstreamed CD - I still cant get the thing to work. For the time being , I am only doing the simplest of things, which is to just integrate my Sata drivers, which is successfull as It picks up my raptor HDD's no problem, and copies the files.

The problem comes to the fact that when it restarts the computer, and then goes into windows setup after the reboot - I get an erro straight away.

I virtually foobar'd all my current windows install, so I though sod it, ill format using my normal cd and press F6 to load drivers, and have another go at doing the cd when I get back up and running.

but I noticed one thing, when it gets to the window setup - It tells me that that SATA drivers are not WHQL (not windows certified) - do you think this is the problem that causes the error I get when using my Slipstreamed Windows CD?

So do I need to either find, and use some WHQL drivers - or is thier some kind of setting I need to add to a file, to tell windows to install non-WHQL drivers?

I dont think I have the other files, because I just want to create the SATA integrated Windows XP pro Sp2 CD.

Computer Specs:

AMD Athlon 2800 +

2 x 512 DDR 400

36 GIG WD Raptor Sata drive - in 2 Partitions, 1 to hold windows, other to hold installs

120 GIG Maxtor Sata drive - in 3 Partitions, Backup, Pagefile and 1 for random stuff.

Geforce 6800GT

430w Hiper PSU

DFI Lanparty Ultra B motherboard

DVD drive

CDrw drive

Think thats all there is to list.

Thanks for helping guys

Ok ill try that, but I was just thinking

Even though I have integrated the drivers, it still "is not" an unattended CD, as I have to still enter all the information myself.

So if it was the drivers being non-WHQL, then I would still have to press "yes or no" when it tells me thet they are unsigned, like I would using my normal XP CD.

So maybe im barking up the wrong tree?

Yes Alanoll, I read that post, but after :( ,

Ok, quick update:

Installed Virtual PC, and it seemed to install fine on that :D

havent tested on CD yet, as I have missed gaming to much :)

but thank you all very much, now I am going to rest - and add my other drivers.

Although this is not an error, nor neither bothering me - windows SP2 seems to remove the "Professional" writing from the XP loading screen. Just out of curiosity - why is that?
