Hi, I been using this tiny shell-patch called MultiEnhancer for over a year. This is free as it's just an enhancement-patch for Comdlg32.DLL, Wininet.DLL and Msoe.DLL. Could this be an option (to patch or not) on some release in the future? External Link: EmulSoft

Since I'm new and I haven't read all the million posts yet, maybe a future option could be to add the XP transparency option to icon text on the desktop. I have used a free 4kB rock-solid piece of resident code that checks every 100ms and enforces it. On a P-166, it adds 1% to the CPU load (according to sysinternals.com - process explorer..) Link: http://www.annoyances.org/downloads/ftp/disappr.zip (requires vb40032.dll)

(There are other transparency options around, but most seem to add other code which would be ruled-out because it's IP protected). Sorry if my first post went long..

Hey everyone,

Dear Gape, I can see that in SP2 beta3 the new icons are removed.

Since I like them very much, cand you put them as an option in the final release?

And also the Start menu side bar with Windows 98 Second Edition tag on it it's not

there anymore, can you insert that too?

10x in advance.
