Still asks about Auto Updates before boot

My unattended install still asks about the auto updates feature before booting to desktop on the first boot. It also asks about adding a user also. I thought I had those answered already in my winnt.sif file. Is it right? (shown below). What do I need to change in order for my install to skip this step?

I also was wondering if there is a way to have the quicklaunch showing and the desktop icons turned on when the desktop first comes up. Any help would be appreciated thanks!

For the automatic update part i would have to check when i get home... i dont carry my winnt.sif file around at work

But for the shortcuts on desktop and taskbar you can try this out... add em in your registry tweak file..
