CoffeeFiend
I suppose it hasn't changed much since v2.0: http://www.msfn.org/board/index.php?showtopic=21215
Magellan456
It took me around 5 hours, but i finally did it ! I went onto Remote Adminstrator site and found that there was information about silently installing this program in the help file that comes with the program.Yeah, it looks alike the thread you gave me, but only one dll is required. The difference i did was two searches inside Regedit for first: remote administratorand then for: radminI exported as much as i could the keys that were really pointing to this program. Then, i used Setup Factory 6 to build up an autoinstalltion. This insallation is completly silent and integers a working serial.I can't really tell you more since i used a Setup Factory 6 to work this issue around. The only help i can give you is to really deep-search your registry for references files. That's what's is going to make a difference for a registered program or an unregistered one. Add your keys to your installation and Test it.Good luck! ant thanks for your help. pmcx9
2.2 is not a necessary upgrade for me so i stick to 2.1 and use a decent password.for radmin 2.1 to just act as a server (as I dont need the viewer capabilities on the pc's I install to) I have a self extracting winrar archive containing r_server.exe, admdll.dll, raddrv.dll and the script ;The comment below contains SFX script commandsPath=c:\windows\system32SavePathSetup=r_server.exe /install /silenceSilent=1and a radmin.reg file containing data from these two keys[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\RAdmin\v1.01\ViewType][HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\RAdmin\v2.0\Server\Parameters]and this in my runonceREG ADD %KEY%\012 /VE /D "Radmin 2.1" /fREG ADD %KEY%\012 /V 1 /D "%systemdrive%\install\radmin.exe" /fREG ADD %KEY%\012 /V 2 /D "REGEDIT /S %systemdrive%\install\radmin.reg" /f
Magellan456
I never thought about a sfx file... That's a good idea. Does the program get registered with your regkeys ? Or you have to enter a serial after the installation ?
