sixwaystilsunday
I just got a nu tech dvdrw ddw-082 dvd burner. when i try to burn an image onto a blank dvd-r everything seems fine. then before writing anything on the disk it ejects the cd and says image file loading aborted. when copying a ps2 game same thing happens.. i have no clue what to do. ive already updated to the latest firmware for my drive. any help would be greatly appreciated. thank you in advance. i think it might be how i set up the jumpers but im not sure. ive tried using nero 6 and alcohol 120%specs..Hp pavilonIntel pentium 42.27 ghz 512 mb of ramwindows xp homeHard drive-106gb 54gb fre
ChunkDog
it's probubly your drive. If you just bought it, then return it for another one.
ChunkDog
Oh, I forgot to mension, can you read from the drive, or install software from it, if so that should rule out any installation problem and I would still recomend returning the drive. sixwaystilsunday
No i can't intsall any program from the drive, thats why i left my regular cd rom/cdrw drive in the secondary master spot. i have both drives set to cable select. the dvdrw drive only reads dvds but cant write them.. instalation problem? CoffeeFiend
Set one to master and one to slave. Not cable select.
