RyanVM Posted September 19, 2004 Posted September 19, 2004 Does any of you here actually use the HighMAT CD wizard and if so, would you be willing to test something for me? I'm trying to integrate it directly into the XP install CD, and I think I've got it. I need somebody to test it, though.Anybody up for it? It won't mess up your computer, for the record EDIT: What I really need is someone (or multiple people) who use the Windows CD Writing Wizard. The HighMAT wizard integrates into that and I can walk you through how to test it.
DisabledTrucker Posted September 19, 2004 Posted September 19, 2004 I'll be your guinea pig, I am fixing to reinstall XP-SP-2 as I type this so I will have a clean install to work with. I was also looking for a way to integrate that into the installation other than the way I am doing it now.
RyanVM Posted September 27, 2004 Author Posted September 27, 2004 Is there anybody else who uses HighMAT?
DigeratiPrime Posted September 27, 2004 Posted September 27, 2004 I let xpcreate integrate it for me, the I added my unattended files afterwards manually- although it can also do this with the filecd folder.I have it installed, and can try it out when I get home.
RyanVM Posted September 27, 2004 Author Posted September 27, 2004 OK, send me an IM and we can talk.BTW, this is superior to any other way because the files are directly on the CD with no need to run the MSI or anything.
RyanVM Posted September 27, 2004 Author Posted September 27, 2004 OK, I've had a chance to play with HighMAT on my personal system, so I now I know how it actually works. All I really need is somebody who uses the Windows CD Writing Wizard, as the HighMAT wizard integrates into it.
