RyanVM
First off, why is this in the drivers forum?Second, if it happens before the computer boots from the CD, it's likely a problem with your CD. winnt.sif doesn't get used until Windows setup actually starts after the computer is booted from the CD, and the RAID driver integration is at an even later stage. I'm almost 100% certain your problem lies elsewhere.Try the ISO in VirtualPC and see if it's bootable in there. If not, your ISO is obviously bad . If it works, then I'd say your boot CD was just bad.
Celestial Fury
how did you make your CD bootable? If just using nero, you need to make it as a CD-ROM (Boot) and use a boot image file (ISObuster or similar can extract the one from your legit XP CD)Fury
SiMoNsAyS
Third, next time try a title for your topic that describes better your problem i point to a bootable cd error too
Bâshrat the Sneaky
EDIT: oooops I misunderstood you... Then I also think it's an error with building the CD... Did you use the CDimage tool?P.S.: I've edited the topic title to a better description!==> NOT: why doesn't it work.. :s
