Bootable XP CD Problem...

I followed the Slipstreaming instructions to the letter for XP Professional and SP2. When I boot the system with the burned cd the install starts correctly but will not accept my key code....or any code I try for that matter! Any suggestions?

i just got a pm from him pyron, he doesn't even know what is a winnt.sif file is.

i don't think he has a unattended windows xp compilation.

you will also notice he mentioned that any code for that matter.

if u hv an corporate or personal licence you should have only one key.

unless u know what, if u know what i mean.

For clarity.....a technician frined of mine tried a couple of his codes earlier, not any warez stuff going on here! I guess he wasn't aware of the blacklist thing in SP2 like I was. The copy of XP I have cam with my laptop provided by my job and the cd as well. Let's no go all 'x-files' here with the conspiracy stuff! Thanks for the help! Oh yea, the PM is only because I'm new at using sites like this, not trying to be hush-hush about anything...

no problem, just contact the vendor of your laptop. they MUST give u a working cdkey.
