USB Flash Disk Problem

anyone know why my 32mb usb flash disk isnt showing up as a drive in my computer? (using win2k3 enterprise)

the safely remove hardware icon thingy appears at the bottom of the task tray but nothing shows up in my computer

the flash disk works perfectly fine on my brother's laptop (win2k) though

so any suggestions on why is isnt showing up?
