You mean, you didn't understand his solution?

If you are using a Non-English copy of Windows, the User Group which is called "Administrators" on the English windows, is probably called something different on your Non-English windows, does that make sense?

I meant i didnt understood the solution ... i have winxp english edition .As i worte here ... i've tried a several batch files and the users account is not created ...

On Windows XP, using batch files for this purpose is unnecessary. MS have thought-fully provided customization for these requirements (such as the one you have). The method described below works regardless of which edition/language/channel of XP you have.

Why does a thread like this keep popping-up so frequently, with predictable regularity? When such a simple method exists - you just have to *LEARN* to search.

What you want is easily accomplished - visit this thread, all details are present there: create users (and more).
