changing default wallpaper?

hi, i followed the guide too change the default wallpaper

i have the modified file here

XPCD\$OEM$\$$\Web\Wallpaper\Bliss2.bmp

and in regtweaks.reg i have

Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Desktop\General]

"BackupWallpaper"="c:\\windows\\web\\wallpaper\\Bliss2.bmp"

"Wallpaper"="c:\\windows\\web\\wallpaper\\Bliss2.bmp"

but it doesnt change, it stays as normal bliss.bmp

the file is copied over, as i can manually change it after installed

Maybe check the cmd files that you use, as I know that my prepare file (and others) deletes the c:\windows\web\wallpaper\*.bmp files, so either copy it over after you run that certain cmd file, or set it to look on another partition if you have one.

Try this one

Put your filename.bmp file in \$OEM$\$$\Web\Wallpaper\filename.bmp

and add this reg

Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

; Set the default wallpaper

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Desktop]"Wallpaper"="C:\\WINDOWS\\web\\wallpaper\\filemane.bmp"

"WallpaperStyle"="2"

"TileWallpaper"="0"

i am wondering my registry [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Desktop\General] dont exist.....
