Phrollux
Hi all,Since this is my first post, 1st up; a BIG THANKS for the guide! I'm going to be starting MSCE in september so I want some hands onwith Active Directory and all, but can't be bothered with dual bootingjust because I want to play a game/watch an xvid/etc.So,...Q. I've been realy happy with bsplay as my alternative media playerunder XP and I use a recent ffdshow for decoding. Only under 2003, bsplay just gives me a grey window with either of the overlay options.Does anyone know of a good second alternative (That works with ffdshow)?(Media plays fine in M$ media player - image qual is not so great)Specs1800+ @ 10x200 on ABiT NF7S W2K3 Enterprise with selected guide mods (inc DX9 & Sound & GFX Accel)Active Directory / DNS / DHCPBSPlayer 100.809ffdshow 20040607

Phrollux
Hey thanks catwalker63, what a cool friendly forum this is I have sybex's mastering windows 2003 server - it's a brick!but it sure is detailed and worth the effort.I also have a whole bunch of other stuff that probably covers atextbook situation, but how many are?I'm currently wrestling with roaming profiles from clients runningzone alarm,... but thats another thread So, as an IT Pro, what certs do you have, how long have youbeen working & what's the biggest pain with M$ server environments?(If there is just one)Cheers
