Chris Lee
The Norton AV Cds are bootup, and I was wondering, since I'm adding it to my XP CD, how can I make it a selection on my list to bootup with that to check for viruses? Or how can I make it bootup Automatically(not putting it in a selection screen, having no selection atll)? Thanks.
Rahbas
This post should get you going. I've done something similar using this method and it works great. Markymoo
i have a suggestion but you wont like....dump norton and use nod32 or kaspersky far superior less resources, faster scanning(nod32), better detection.
Chris Lee
But uh..I was not asking about how to make my XP CD bootable, I was asking how to make Norton's .BINs boot when I insert it into the computer.Right now, imagine this cd is the norton AV CD, I'm trying to make it boot, except, it has some XP's files on it.I am trying to make the CD boot like a NAV Cd usually does.
