365 uninstall too out Office '24

Just bought a new Dell Latitude. I ordered it with Office 2024. I noticed when I got it that I had Office 365 on it. I also had icons for Word, Excel & PP. I wasn't going to use 365 so I uninstalled it. Now I don't have any Office on my new computer. No Word, Excel or PP icons to click on and my documents won't open. So what's up? Is Office 2024 bundled with 365? So if you delete 365 then it deletes all other Microsoft Office products?

If you had a local copy of Office 2024 installed on the machine, its files should still be there, and it should still be in the 'Programs and features' list.
