Locked camera Lenovo Win11

Hi, I had given up with trying to fix the camera of my Lenovo IdeaPad 3 and got to this blog.

To summarize, the laptop detects the integrated camera, but it appears locked, I've tried to uninstall it, delete the controller, install external drivers, etc. 

I thank you in advance for any tips.
