Is there a tutorial for using modded nVidia drivers in Win2k?

Hello
I'm a little confused on what to do exactly when i have a fresh Win2k installed,i mean do i need to install just Extended Core and Kernel,and after that a modded Nvidia drivers?Because i have GTX 770,i can't find a detailed tutorial on what to do exactly!
