Is it a "god complex" that hass ewe corecttinng evveryyboddy's speellinng missteaks ???

I assumed you meant smth like this: (you wrote steeling cookies) hardening (!?) cookies.

But then again, considering the way you spell, sometimes hard to understand, sorry !

So no reason to be mad.

Interesting read on the link you provided, that's why my "upvote"...

- Is it enough security if I block scripts and third party cookies in my browser settings?

(quote from precedent page: Said it before, will say it again - never allow javascript by default!  This alone will prevent 99.9999999% of "security vulnerabilities".  No, I don't know the "exact" percentage, but 9 nine's has to be pretty close!)

For our website, Security Report Summary (by securityheaders.com) says: "F", and no headers, Mising Headers; scan results here: https://securityheaders.com/?q=https%3A%2F%2Fmsfn.org&followRedirects=on -so it's bad for security, no?

But Firefox is a dying bread and losing global market share to Chrome "for a reason".

Reason being, they've sold their soul to Google. R.I.P., @NotHereToPlayGames.

In my opinion, Firefox started dying LONG before they sold their soul.

What we have instead, is they sold their soul out of some sort of "If you can't beat 'em, JOIN 'EM".

OK, looking back at what I said, it didn't make much sense. As someone said:

Google, Microsoft, Apple, Facebook, Twitter, Amazon, and Mozilla are all different heads of the same hydra, looking to control the Internet and the world.

But who even feels like fighting system and even if they do, are they doing it in a way that would result in an actual long-term impact? IMHO, this world's a lost cause anyway and a big object from outer space could do us all a favor.

Break this ONE woff2 font and leave all other "remote" fonts intact and this web site works in 360Chrome v13.5 build 1030 on XP.

I simply disabled the remote font icon on uBlock dropdown menu.

I guess what that tells me is that if people were as adamant about "security" as they claim to be, then they would NOT BE VISITING this website because it scores an "F" ???

www.bing.com scores a "D"

swisscows.com scores a "D"

www.google.com scores a "C"

duckduckgo.com scores an "A"

Thank you , it's a tough (hard as steel ) question, not everything you can block with just that ! The browser engine itself needs to be updated too ! I'm not among those who do it every week, but 3 years old is too much. I suggest to upgrade ones browser every 6 months or so.

Second part, I don't agree with the precedent fellow, stealing cookies wouldn't involve scripts of any kind. With years cookies themselves became more complex , there's a new generation of "worker" cookies that may have a script inside that you can't block ! I already gave an example with the Mega website.

Even with a lot of anti-cookie extensions from the Chrome Web Store? and most of all with uBlock etc?

Could you please give me the sample websites again?

I'm not familiar with any extensions of that sort, sorry ! Websites that use advanced "worker cookies" are Mega , Twitter , Facebook , Instagram , etc. They are located in the Service Worker folder (not the usual place for ordinary cookies!). They aren't deleted , even when you click on clear data.

Well, extensions of that sort would prevent that s*** from happening to you, and some others will allow you to select which cookies to keep and which ones to delete, both in chrome and firefox browsers.
