Anbima
Is it possible that 360Chrome is the brake on a speed test? The speed test shows 230 Mbit/s in the download. With another PC (Windows 10) and current Firefox it is 260 Mbit/s.
NotHereToPlayGames
Run it 10 times in 360Chrome. Then run it 10 times in Firefox. They average identical speeds for me.

NotHereToPlayGames
No real need to worry about it, if you ask me. It would be one thing if we were talking a 30 Mbps difference when one is 10 and the other is 40. But 230 versus 260, hardly anything to lose sleep over. I certainly hope you're not comparing XP to Win10 and expecting identical speed test results.

Is not really a problem, but I do not want to give anything away :-) I thought maybe it was a setting on 360Chrome.

I use GDIChromium for the most part. I've "ungoogled" it but I suspect it would be a violation of "terms of agreement" if I posted as a download. I actually think we "violated" terms of agreement with 360Chrome - but "upstream" never 'found us'.

NotHereToPlayGames
GDIChromium does not work on XP. I use it in my Win10 installs. It is available here, it is only the "ungoogling" of it that I probably cannot "share" -- https://github.com/GTANAdam/GDIChromium/releases

The license is simple and clear: https://chromium.googlesource.com/chromium/src/+/HEAD/LICENSE Quote Copyright 2015 The Chromium Authors Redistribution and use in source and binary forms, with or without modification, are permitted provided that the following conditions are met: * Redistributions of source code must retain the above copyright notice, this list of conditions and the following disclaimer. * Redistributions in binary form must reproduce the above copyright notice, this list of conditions and the following disclaimer in the documentation and/or other materials provided with the distribution. * Neither the name of Google LLC nor the names of its contributors may be used to endorse or promote products derived from this software without specific prior written permission. I doubt they'll send lawyers after you even if you "forget" to include the license text for the modified Chromium posted on a niche computer forum. Milkinis
Hi everyone is there a way to restore this browser back to normal use ? 360ChromePortable_13.5.1030_rebuild_6 I often suffer from power outages during winter period but I could just restore my previous sessions every time it happens however this time the browser is unable to load any extension where I had many links stored under the One Tab extension https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/onetab/chphlpgkkbolifaimnlloiipkdnihall I don't care if I can't restore the last session because I didn't have too many open tabs the bookmarks list and full history is still there it's not been deleted though

Jody Thornton
Just tried using this browser on my x86 Vista notebook PC. It works WAY better than either Serpent or myPal 68. But I was wondering there might be a way to set up a new tab page on 360. Mine just appears blank. On Serpent I use Fast Dial, and on myPal 68, I use New Tab Tools. I was hoping to find something similar for 360. Good Work!
NotHereToPlayGames
Any of the Chrome Web Store extensions will work for setting up a default new tab. You can also design your own "local" new tab. Just .zip all of your self-made new tab html files to a file called newtab.zip and place it in the same folder as chrome.dll.
