Good Text-to-Speech eBook Reader Software for Windows XP?

Hello MSFN,

Today, I am seeking an ebook program for Windows XP similar to Koodo reader. I really love the interface of the program but have found a lot of ebook readers are Windows Vista and later (many claim to be 10+). So, I am in search of a good program that can take epubs and read them like a book.

I personally have a few learning disabilities, so reading without books TTS is very difficult for me.

There is SamturaPDF but I am seeking someone with a built-in TTS option.

Try this:

https://www.brighthub.com/multimedia/audio/articles/95590/

Anyway the software home page is:

https://www.nch.com.au/scribe/

but, it is ANOTHER kind of software from what the OP asked for:

Express Scribe Transcription Software

Foot Pedal Controlled Digital Transcription Audio Player

LegacyFan, if you were a greengrocer and someone asks you a lemon, you can't usually give them two cucumbers instead .

I found coolreader 3

What version because 3.3.61 does not work on WinXP.  Old version 3.3.19 works but not support TTS.

Balabolka can read many files and also from the Windows clipboard and works on WinXP 32/64-bit (tested version 2.5.0.531):

Can use TTS and Microsoft Speech Platform voices.

My apologies. I did not realize coolreader3 dropped support for XP...
