network.dns.echconfig.enabled and network.dns.use_https_rr_as_altsvc I added manually, but network.security.esni.(is present, but not working) enabled it to true, but to no avail. I also toggled network.http.altsvc.oe to false (true default)

Sort of wish there were poisondata in Mypal68 canvas, as well.

Hi @XPerceniol, I do not know about those config settings.  As per poisondata for the canvas, try canvasblocker-1.8-an+fx, from the official firefox addons page.

Yeah, sorry. For a few uses it seemed to work, but it breaks after visiting a few github pages. I've seen the same in e10s enabled sp52, but don't use github that much, so that's it for me.

I have also noticed issues with ublock and umatrix dropping off, somehow, their guard, similar to chrome's "your app has crashed" but without the notification.

Hi there. The latest version of mypal68 (#3) works - no polyfill addon needed.  In mypa68 #2 it worked only partially, but #3 (for "light" users like myself, "dunno" about power users) works well.

I thought that I had managed to tweak/install the justoff's addon, but I was wrong. As of now, github seems not to be needed, but again, I just use it to peruse and download stuff, so I am most likely wrong about this. I haven't had the opportunity to try gitlab, yet.

Hi, second time I see a file state.json in profile/datareporting folder, with what seems to be a unique identifier: {"clientID":"b7833b9d-188d-4b9a-8bd3-e4053b1d9f0b"}. This is an already used profile. Will test in vanilla later on and report.

I installed Mypal 68.12.4b yesterday and now youtube videos and other videos are a black screen with just sound. This did not happen with Mypal 68.12.3b.

Videos play fine with the original Mypal and with Serpent so it likely has to be something wrong with Mypal 68.12.4b

Any idea how to fix this if possible.I deleted all the 68.12.3b files so I can't go back to that-can't find a download for it either.Using XP Home 32 bit.

With Mypal, no it is not using OpenGL as the compositor because it is quirky - as you say...  Everything is shifted up when this is enabled, and it is not functional.

Oh well, that's a deal killer for me...  If D3D9 could be backported to Mypal 68 then it would be ideal...  for now I'll stick with Serpent...  He fixed a lot of stuff in the last release and it is running well.

Thanks Fedor for backporting DirectX9 to Beta 4...

I am currently transitioning to MyPal from Serpent.

May I be so brazen as to request an SSE4.x build (perhaps this would improve performance even more)?

@i430VX - Would you please consider adding MyPal to your Browser Installer program?

Thanks

I don't think @feodor2 reads this thread. It was opened by a member. Therefore this thread is not an official one. If you have a request or whatever, you have to do that on GitHub. Here is a link to the issues: https://github.com/Feodor2/Mypal68/issues

BTW, thanks for responding to my instructions for using CustomCSSforFxhttps://msfn.org/board/topic/183657-mypal-68-in-windows-xp-custom-buttons-and-extensions/?do=findComment&comment=1220562 jexplique.gif

Yeah, that is what I suspected as I've tried to answer some questions on another forum, but appears to be another unofficial thread by a member, so, other than github (I don't have an account, sadly) he is not monitoring any threads of forums and see feedback or answer question??

Yeah, that's presumably the truth. It's a question of time either. No one can be everywhere. But @feodor2 reads the issues and ,in a lot of cases, replies to them. Or other "experts" try to help.

It has been considered. I would like to do so, and probably will eventually. Development is very slow, but at minimum not "dead". Stay tuned.

Ah, indeed, thanks.  I ended up using Custom CSS for FX, once I figured out how it works I was in business right away, and I even added a couple of my own .js scripts (staus bar always shows, custom tab height -- though custom tab height adjustment is best left alone, it does weird things if enabled).  But I am using your .js files to force the necessary preferences.

Some weeks ago, @mina7601 reported an issue on GitHub relating to DevianArt. Its website was refusing to load in Mypal 68. And greyrat116 posted a solution to solve this problem. The variable layout.css.resizeobserver.enabled has to be set to true. Thank you, greyrat116 = @grey_rat ?, for posting this solution! The issue is closed now. Why do I mention this here? When posting an article or a comment in this forum, or an issue on GitHub, I love to use some animated gifs. The last time when I reported an issue on GitHub, I used one of these gifs. Here is the link to this issue: https://github.com/Feodor2/Mypal68/issues/96
In New Moon 28, I had no problem to load this site and the animated gif was loading correctly either. But in Mypal 68, this site was loaded without showing that gif. Try it! Setting layout.css.resizeobserver.enabled to boolean value true solves this problem. Background: The ResizeObserver interface reports changes to the dimensions of an Element's content or border box, or the bounding box of an SVGElement. Anyway, thanks again to @mina7601 and presumably @grey_rat ( if my identification is correct, I'm not a Sherlock Holmes!) for posting and solving this issue!
