Windows 8.1 Extended Kernel?

There's win10verhack, I use it to help install Windscribe, but it doesn't work for much, and is x64 only.

<O.T> thanks for the link @K4sum1 (I'll have to try this on my windows 7 setup the next time I have the chance to do so) and see if it works for some programs I wanted to test

is there something like win8verhack for w10? yes, I'm looking for the opposite to make one Windows 10 application think it's w8. I want to do a test with the explorer & taskbar. Thanks

No, but you can probably modify the source of the program and compile it.
