Well ..

I just came across this article and it lifted my mood away from the focus on everything that is wrong - even if for a little bit - just need to step away and step back from the madness and enjoy something. Very very hard to do in a toxic world, but there are still some things to appreciate.

Hi friends,

Thank you all for remembering me during my absence from the site.

- During these many months I was seriously ill - but now I am recovering quickly.
During this time I did not have the Internet, so now I am trying to catch up with reading members' posts from January to today....
Warm regards to all of you!

Hey man, I am very happy to see you again here, and it was sad to hear that you are ill. I never forgot you.

Bienvenue, monsieur! :) (Welcome back, sir!)

You will get stronger each day and no rush to 'catch up' here just pop in once and a while :)

On a good day, if I can manage to leave the house and go on a trip I can get to see this.

Been a VERY long time and almost hard to even remember, but I could be the only soul walking and not feel alone or lonely at all, just need to detox a little bit every day and let go of the poison(s) that easily can pollute our being and take a toll on physical health.

Oh Sal Hello again, this is almost the view I can see on my vacation... Thank you very much for this, and for all the involvement in this topic, which is very well appreciated.

- Very good advice, makes sense, thank you!
I take daily walks of 1.5 - 2 hours max to maintain myself!
