Thanks so much for all

When i Turn on the laptop, with pen plug, its normal the Win98 boot freezing?

No. Most users and I have never experienced this. It seems to be a problem Nusb has with some chipsets.

Try reinstalling your chipset/usb driver over Nusb. If that doesn't work, uninstall Nusb and use RLoew's usb.zip package instead.

i need more 2 informations:
1 - how can i get the infrared and bluetooth drivers ID?
2 - seems that we can't find a right wireless driver... so the best is change the wireless board... so what board i can use on my ACER Aspire 1690 that have win98 drivers?

for BT u need any BT stack. for sample, from Bluesoleil, WidComm or Toshiba.
unfortunatelly i use BT last time about 5 years back.
i remember, that Bluesoleil work with 9x, but forget, which version exactly...

for IR u dont need drivers, because ur IR port already mapped as usual COM2.
unfortunatelly i use IR last time about 15 years back.
i remember, that my USB IR with drivers work with 9x, but forget, how it use, and which exactly software need...
i remember only, that there was needed select com port in that software.

This is a Windows 2000/XP driver, not for 98SE, it will most likely not work.

You're mistaking Intel PRO/Wireless 2100 (which is 802.11b only, useless for today's Wi-Fi networks) that HAS Windows 98 drivers with the WiFi card that you have which is the Intel PRO/Wireless 2200BG (that is 802.11g, usable with today's modern 2,4GHz WPA2 Wi-Fi networks) that DOESN'T have Windows 98 drivers.

Intel PRO/Wireless 2200BG was a very popular Wi-Fi card back in the day included in many laptops. Many people tried using it with Windows 98, no one succeed.

As I've said, ditch that Wi-Fi card and replace it with something like NKRCM9 or a similar one that has the Atheros 5004/5213 chipset. That's what I'm using and Odyssey Client works flawlessly with it.
