Because Windows 10 has its own emojis system.

And the same Segoe UI Emoji ttf font file. What are the other files that make the emoji rendering colored outside Firefox?

The colored emoji has been introduced since Windows 8.1.

KB2729094 in Windows 7 also won't make the emojis colored.

I don't know about this, since I don't dig deep inside files, sorry.

KB2729094 is a very old update, released in 2012, where Windows 8.0 was released at that time, which had black-and-white emojis.

I have a little problem with Spotify, on 6th March version of kernel, last version for Windows 7 and 8.1 worked fine, but on 9th March version it's not starting, I tried even with NT 6.1 spoofing and without it, and with ChromiumFix, nothing helps

Redirect locally the userenv.dll and kernel32.dl files from the March 6 version.

The March 2023 build breaks some 32-bit (x86) programs, especially the shell commands such as the load or save file dialogs, and shows "Failed to create empty document" error message when I drag a file to the 32-bit program's window.
