How to do a System Restore that goes back 9-months

Hi,

I read that the System Restore only goes back 90-days. Indeed when I run the System Restore tool from System Tools, I can only go back until March-2020. 

Is there a way to restore back to Oct-2019? If so how? Do I just run System Restore 3-times?

No, you cannot restore the system for more than 90 days, old restore points are deleted.

If I restore for 90-days, won't the restored system files have the previous restore information?

If you restore a disk image backup  created (by another program) in 2019, you may have the previous restore information.

System restore records just the changed files, not the whole disk.

What you need to restore? Data (photos, docs, game saves, etc.)? Older version of a program? Driver?
