Bigger icons in menu?

Hello to all!

Startisback++ is really great app that makes Start menu what it should be, and gives customization options that are indeed great. If MS just have any clue about product design and UI, they would include something like this in windows already....

Anyway, one question: startisback allows configuration of icon size on taskbar, but not on the menu itself. Is there option to configure icon size in menu? To be precise, to increase icon size, make them bigger, or maybe even more tile-like when left-pane is in question.

If not, could you add such settings to configure icon size and make them bigger? When using startisback with QHD or bigger monitor menu is quite small and I would like icons and menu bigger :)
