Tripredacus
So after 10 years, it is time for another go? When you say "turn on" what do you mean? What happens when you press the power button?
Mustafa1913
When I press the power button, it shows the yellow light on battery and power indicator. Normally, it's green. And after 1 seconds, it turns off.

Tripredacus
See if it will turn on with the battery removed. Just have it connected to the AC adaptor.
Mustafa1913
It does not turn on. I connected to the AC Adaptor. Is the error relates with Wrong cable connection? Edited December 29, 2019 by Mustafa1913
Mustafa1913
Please answer me did you find a solution?
Tripredacus
If it were me, my next step after a power-on with no battery, would be to take it apart and do a cleaning and inspection. Also test the power adapter with a multimeter. Those are things we cannot teach you to do from a forum, if you have no experience doing any of that, it is better to find someone who does. Someone needs to physically look at it. I would find someone who does computer repair in your area.

Mustafa1913
There is a DC 19V 3.95a on my PC info label and there is 19V 3.95 on the AC adaptor's label too. The adaptor's manufacturer is LITE-ON.
jumper
Make sure the power Jack is fully inserted into the power socket. Wiggle if needed. The socket might already be bad from too much wiggling.
