I cannot read the message, but it looks like a common “cannot display the webpage” error. Has the Windows 7 VM been updated? (IE 8 only supports TLS 1.0 and is not very useful.) Is that IE 11?

I did all of this crap replacing files, and now I can't access Virtual Machines because of this Error:

Any way to fix this error?

 

EDIT: Okay, So I ran the program as an administrator, and now this error pops up when trying to run a VM:

Find vmx86.sys in system32\drivers on the system you copied VMware from, then copy it to the Vista system.
