Is there an MQTT broker that will run on win-2k?

I don't know much about MQTT, but I'm fooling around with some ESP8266 modules and I guess I need to set up a broker and the only thing I have running 24/7 are a couple of NT4 servers and a 2K server.  There's something called a mosquito broker but I don't know if it runs on anything older than XP.
