Official My Documents Icon For Windows 8

I know this sounds picky, but in Windows 7 and Windows 8x, how do I restore the "proper" Documents icon?  By proper, I mean the one that actually shows the Location tab in the Properties menu.

I have it as a shortcut, but I want the actual icon on the desktop.

Thanks folks

EDIT:  Basically, I want to open this below as a desktop shortcut - BUT I want to right-click on it and see the "Location" tab in there too.

shell:UsersFilesFolder\Documents

I think what you're trying to accomplish relies on the shell's internal logic, the option along with all supporting code would probably have to be added to the dialog that opens when you click Change desktop icons from Personalization control panel. So, since MS won't do it, the only option would be analyzing system DLLs and injecting new code into them, a non-trivial task I imagine.
