Thank you ... I'm going to examine those ciphers and disable anything below tls1.0, but I wonder *what* would be using them on my system. I don't use IE (yes, I know its still woven into the explorer) and I've don't want mysterious things connecting as I've sttripped this down to almost noting related to ms now ... or at least I though so before this. I'm approaching this from another angel, I'm hoping my system will not be able to connet to anything.

Sorry been away for a while.
To answer the earlier questions, yes I do use ProxHTTPSProxy.
I also use heinoganda's root certificates updater.
I do indeed have Chrome Frame installed in IE8, but it was of course disabled when I did the tests.
