start orb problem

i tried searching for this but i could not find anything related to it..this just started happening yesterday, i did reinstall windows 10 (1809) yesterday because i was having a display problem. I reinstalled startisback and it seemed to be OK but now i have a weird thing happening that has not happened before. i am not sure if its startisback or a different program causing it as i cant figure that out. My problem is whenever i click the start menu orb it changes to a square that says start in it. i have a few pic of the one that i am using and what it turns into after i click it. i have to go back into the menu to change it back to the one i want but after a few clicks it goes right back to the square start one..any help on how to fix this would be much appreciated. thank you
