All these years thinking that batch files have that use ....

whether you use good ol' batch file/approach by Fujianabc:

or the newish nice tool by JFX:

 you can add the needed offlinereg commands after they run, the Winntsetup has:

Quote

- /RunAfter:{command} - will run a command before reboot

and also:

Quote

- /regtweaks:(path) - let you set a folder with *.reg files that will be merged into the installation

that may (or may not) do what you need/want to do.
