Win2k: Modern browser without Kernel Extensions?

I'd like to know if there's still a modern browser or a fork of a modern browser that can support Windows 2000 without the kernel extensions. @roytam1's builds for XP run great under 2000 + ExtKern, but there hasn't been an updated build for 2000 w/o ExtKern in particular for a while.
