Is it possible to have black text on taskbar popups?

Hey there,

I'd like to know if it's possible to have black text rather than white on taskbar popups for Startisback++.  Here's what I mean:

Windows 8:

Windows 10:

It's a very small detail, but it looks kinda nice when the title text is black (Windows 8) vs white (Windows 10).  Is there already an option to do this, and if not, could it possibly be implemented?  Thanks!

This is not tweakable directly. Accent colors are dark thus text is white I guess.

It's possible by modifying the theme's .msstyles file.

This rule seems to apply only to Windows 10's window captions ATM.

Thanks, UCyborg.  That program looks like what I need...would you mind pointing me towards where I might be able to get it?  I googled "Windows Style Builder" to no avail.  Only thing I came up with was "Vista Style Builder" which seems similar but no Win10 support.
