As far as I know, language packs ain't compatible with any version of Basilisk at all. Or rather the PM ones, since there are no language packs specifically for Basilisk.

Would a Firefox 52ESR language pack work with Basilisk with slight modification?

@roytam1  I have ran into more build errors. This one seems to be with ffvpx. Is there an external library I need or a special mozconfig flag I need to set? All media patches applied cleanly.

You're building in multiple concurrent job mode and your log posted doesn't show the error part.

BTW do you have time to review my retrozilla PRs?

Oh, my mistake, I realized that myself before I posted that and forgot to change the link. Here's the correct log: https://dpaste.de/0HrR/raw

Yes, I will review them now.

you may try redownloading https://o.rths.cf/basilisk/UXP-xp-gitdiff-20181110.7z and extract new ffvpx-h264-hevc-mp3-aac.git.diff and overwrite old one, and then run these commands:

rm -rf media/ffvpx
git checkout media/ffvpx
git apply --reject --whitespace=nowarn ffvpx-h264-hevc-mp3-aac.git.diff

Thanks for the link but I think I'll stay with roy's fork, for now I have downgraded to previous version of NM, will probably upgrade again once language packs are updated to be compatible with newer versions.

Lets hope they will fix language packs soon.

For the time being, you may stay with English UI language or go back to previous version(s) for having localized UI. (and that's why I don't like installers and automatic-updates here)

Have you ever read the Rules? Are you sure? 7d and 8 ring any bells? Since you've made it public, consider yourself warned.

Here's another vote for an XP port of Interlink.

Thanks for your hard work roytam1.

It seems still lack of instruction about compiling. A newbie asked about:

https://forum.palemoon.org/viewtopic.php?p=156828#p156828

and it is how they treated him (UNPLEASABLE REPLY, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED):

See how they treated OpenBSD devs  when they tried to port "the thing" :
https://github.com/jasperla/openbsd-wip/issues/86

I think dog face and friends try to make money from open source projets and they get mad when anyone creates a fork from their stuff, because they don't get money from that fork.

i've chosen to revert to the 20181117 version of Pale Moon / New Moon (32bit on a 64bit OS)

i would like to be able to totally and completely disable the new "speaker icon" on tabs playing audio, not just get rid of the icon but remove the "code" totally and completely

it is my experience that this new "feature" had resulted in a great slow-down

if you have two or more tabs open that are playing audio, when you go to close one of them the viewing pane blanks out but the tab will take SEVERAL seconds to actually CLOSE

I'm experiencing significant CPU usage and not so smooth graphics in attempting to view a flash occupying maximized browser window in Basillisk UXP.
I tried the same in latest PaleMoon v27 and last non-UXP Basillisk, all 3 with new profiles.
In the latter two, there is almost no CPU usage.

I also suspect youtube playback, but I have yet to check all.
