mike13
I was having problems with Microsoft Edge, in Windows 10, so I went into SETTINGS, APPS, EDGE, advanced and tried REPAIR. That did not work, so I tried RESET. Then I rebooted the computer. Now I can not find EDGE anywhere. It is gone. Internet Explorer and google Chrome still work, but I can't find EDGE anywhere. Kindly do not tell me to just use Chrome. I have been using Internet Explorer and Edge for many years, and plan to stay with Edge if I can. Any suggestions, thanks. HarryTri
In my experience if a program is not working well with no apparent reason, and especially if it can't be fixed, then it is time to start from the beginning (restoring from the recovery partition or a disk backup image). There must probably be more and deeper problems in your system that will emerge with the time (at least that is what happens to me).
mike13
Here is the fix. I found on another help site, in case anyone has the same problem. It worked for me. Microsoft Edge is up and running fine. http://www.intowindows.com/how-to-reinstall-microsoft-edge-in-windows-10/
