Hi guys and gals . Today I got a old netbook from one my friend who want me to repair it for him. I nlited the xp and installed it on it. Seems to work fine . I have heard minlogon and EWF can improve performance on such deadly netbook.  Any one know how to get and install minlogon and EWF ? Any easy installer available?

Well what you have heard is either incorrect or you haven't understood it fully.

Minlogon is a component of Windows Embedded that allows to log in (log on) without providing User Name and Password, it is (was) designed for machines like POS and similar.

Since it "bypasses" a number of logon related files it allows to build a smaller image/install and it provides for a faster startup.

Once you get to the desktop there is no "advantage" whatsoever.

Same goes for EWF, it is a specific Write Filter that has some use only in very specific "narrow" cases, and it is not suited for "general use" (and in any case won't change speed of responsiveness of the OS, actually in some cases it might slow it down).

not by much, mini login should be used as a component of a tiny xp that includes explorer shell swaping and gutting the OS.

Mini login on it own does nothing but speed up boot times and slightly reduce memory footprint of winwogin., but it also replaces the normal login behavior so things like sharing files is borked.

A good shell replacement is this thing.  Desktop Lite Thing.  It's a very rare file that you cannot get anymore.  Only works on XP.  It is a minimal explorer replacement.
