COKEDUDEUSF Posted May 16, 2017 Posted May 16, 2017 Does Windows 8 not have "SMB 1.0/CIFS File Sharing Support"? I opened “Turn Windows features on or off” to find that option and I don't see it.

HarryTri Posted May 18, 2017 Posted May 18, 2017 There is a patch for the WannaCry issue for Windows 8 (even for Windows XP!) even if it isn't offered by Windows Update (not to me at least): KB4012598 (This is for 64 bit Windows, for 32 bit Windows just change the id number in the URL from 55249 to 55246).
