Alanoll
have you glanced at unattended.msfn.org yet?just asking as the hotfixes/apps might have been answered.Hotfixes can be installed Whenever, atleas the majority of them. Apps are the same way.and yes, the application doesn't even have to be silent to run from XPlode. All xplode does, is perform like a batch file in it's running, if you want to think of it that way. shadol
ok thanks ...maybe i needed to xplain myself a little better though... I was just trying to avoid compatibility and install issues. i am a n00b so please forgive me... one more question for now. Can CMDLINES.TXT be placed anywhere? In the unattended setup guide it says to place it into the $OEM$ folder, yet my unattended install does not include an $OEM$ folder, Maybe place it under System 32? any suggestions? Alanoll
it has to be in $OEM$just create it.....as long as it's the only thing in that folder....you shouldn't run into any problems.
