Most powerful laptops capable of running Windows 95, 98/ME?

Title says it all, please mention any "High End" (For its time) Laptop models which support (Or drivers at least work) on Windows 98/ME! I'm a bit new to this, feel free to correct me anytime.

Example:

Dell Latitude D600 - Pentium M 745 @ 1.6 (Or 1.7?)GHz, 14.1', 1024x768 screen resolution, ATI Radeon 9000 Mobility Video Card (Unsure if this comes with the laptop since I've never owned one), and Sigmatel Audio

IBM ThinkPad T43

- Pentium M from 1.60 to 2.40 (?) GHz

- Intel 915PM chipset (must be 915PM which is separate graphics, not 915GM which is integrated)

- 14.1" or 15.0" screen (available in 1024x768, 1400x1050, or 1600x1200 on 15" models)

- ATI Mobility Radeon X300 (note, Intel GPU models will not work with Windows 98/Me due to lack of drivers, but Display Doctor or VBEMP will work without acceleration however)

- ADI SoundMax audio

- Up to 2GB RAM (but 9x only supports up to ~1GB without Rloew's patch)

- Broadcom Gigabit Ethernet

Most of these have a driver available for 98SE and Me despite IBM not officially supporting it (I did try 98SE on my T43 a while back, ran OK but had the bug where it would get stuck at "Please wait while Windows shuts down") - the 2200BG or Atheros that it comes with though has no driver

I have some HP ZD8000's which I had planned to try setting up 98SE on. They were available with around ~3GHz Pentium 4's, can use up to 2GB of RAM AFAIK, use the Intel 915 chipset (but the HDD inside is still actually PATA not SATA). I believe the ones I have use ATI Radeon X600 graphics. I never got around to the experiment, but offhand I don't see any reason it shouldn't work.

With Windows 95, you will be a little more limited when looking for "supported" laptops.

That being said, the ThinkPad T23 reached speeds of 1.2GHz processor, and the Windows 95 (and later) drivers are available here:

Also, the Gateway Solo 9300 was a remarkable flagship machine for its time (the Solo 9500 only officially supports NT 4.0, but not 95). I own one of these machines, and the Windows 9x drivers available here:

http://sdfox7.com/solo9300/win9x/ (other drivers are available in the /solo9300 root directory.

The Dell CPi and CPi-A series also supported Windows 95:

CPi: http://www.dell.com/support/home/us/en/19/product-support/product/latitude-cpi/drivers?os=w95

CPi-A: http://www.dell.com/support/home/us/en/19/product-support/product/latitude-cpi-a/drivers?os=w95

To recap, these were some of the greatest machines made during the tail-end of Windows 95's reign (year 2001).
