If you have problems using the original Windows 7 OS that came with the laptop you should report the issue to your manufacturer. You should at least be able to run one OS on your laptop without issues.

I'm sad because I can't use Vista here too :( On Server 2008 I have problems with graphics drivers (ehh...:/)... Windows 7 have problems with updates. :/ And I'm here with 8.1 ;(

What kind of problems are you having with updates exactly? I've seen many people having an issue with Windows Update seemingly getting stuck on "Checking for updates". Is this the issue you're having? If so, I've found the best solution is to just let it check for updates overnight and come back to it later. This seems to be an issue with Microsoft's update servers, I've found that Vista also has the same problem.

And if you enjoy Vista's UI and wish to keep it in Windows 7, I have a tutorial series on my YouTube channel. Same username as the one I use here, Google it.
