jeffshen
Hello and Happy New Year! I was wondering whether anyone has come across this problem where there is a black bar between the scrollbar and the edge of the window. It is consistent across different websites, however, the elements on the webpage are clickable in the black area as if it does not exist. The computer is a fresh recovery from Lenovo factory settings with Windows 7 Home Edition with all updates from windows update installed. Current installed version of Internet Explorer is 11.0.9600.18124. Thank you very much!

jeffshen
Hello,Retarded I know, but IE is mandatory due to a special certificate required to get a website to work and the company issuing the certificate only supports IE, not even Edge! Thanks!
