How to custom this Image in Windows 7 Please tell me about.

windows\system32\oobe\FirstUXRes.wim

FirstUXBackground.bmp is background ... (black in this case)

letters are part of PE procedure which you can't change (no certificate = file corruption)

 

and that flashing crap down is part of those smaller images within same .wim

which are located on specific coordinates which again you can't move coz (no certificate = file corruption)

 

but you can remove them

and have just custom background
