A nice found a gui for dism, as an alternative to install_win_tweak, list organise installed package, uninstall them with official command etc.

Note : do not edit rights to "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Component Based Servicing" just run the app as trustedinstaller

with the tool devxexec
