Can the normal Firefox code be compiled for 64-bit? Or is it too different? IF not, 32-bit FF works okay. c I believe Waterfox supports XP x64 Its a branched off version of Firefox. When the main version of a web browser doesn't support XP, usually its best to look for branched off versions if you hope for legacy support. In other news, Google Chrome fails to load the WaterFox home page. What gives?

FranceBB
@sdfox7 it doesn't load because chrome relies on SSL and TLS cryptography manager built in the OS, but XP doesn't have TLS 1.2 which is the one used by waterfox site.
CamTron
Yes, I can confirm the latest Waterfox runs on XP x64. Despite being 32-bit, I use Palemoon as my main browser on XP. It's significantly faster than Firefox, uses far less RAM, and retains the Firefox 4 style interface.
