Glenn9999 Posted October 10, 2015 Share Posted October 10, 2015 I have a firmware upgrade for a RCA USB device which isn't working on Windows 8.1 x64. I've tried all the compatibility settings, administration, etc, and it just doesn't show up / run in general. Any advice/suggestions on how to get it to run?
