rhester72 Posted September 12, 2015 Share Posted September 12, 2015 I've noticed that whether or not I install the default theme on Windows 10 (which only appears to allow for the titlebar halo effect), the text in the title bar is offset (about one "button width") to the right from its normal location in most windows (e.g. Notepad).
